History: Flame Think, Inc. Board of Members elected to incorporate on November 30, 2011. Appropriate documents were filed and forward to the Secretary of State in Austin, TX. On December 9, 2011, Flame Think, Inc. received its Certificate of Filing from the Office of the Secretary of State (Texas) evidencing the existence of the newly created nonprofit corporation.Flame Think, Inc. became a recognized 501 (c) (3) organization (public charity) on December 9, 2011 in accordance with I.R.S. guidelines.
Extended Mission: Flame Think extended mission includes but is not limited to:
1. Educating the public on the current crisis of suicide among youth and adults.
2. Providing a forum for readers to communicate concerns about "at risk" issues.
3. Implementing and conducting Suicide Intervention workshops.
4. Implementing and conducting Critical Incident Stress Management workshops.
5. Implementing and conducting Marriage and Family Enrichment seminars.
6. Implementing and conducting Singles Enrichment seminars.
7. Implementing and conducting specialized Children Enrichment camps as part of Family Enrichment seminars.
Founder and Director: Reverend Patrick J. Steiert is ordained by Mountain Creek Community Church of Dallas, TX and endorsed with the Chaplaincy of Full Gospel Churches. He is a 28-year veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves serving 10 years as an Infantry Officer and 18 years as a Chaplain. He has 20 years of pastoral experience. Reverend Steiert is a graduate of the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (Springfield, MO) and an author of numerous feature articles and devotionals. He and his wife Andrea reside in DeSoto, TX.
